Not getting our reports via email?
This is one of the most common problems some of our subscribers have run into.
First, please know that our subscriptions are programmed to be fully automatic:
This means your email address was automatically added to our mailing list immediately when you subscribed. This also means you have been sent a report every Friday since your subscription started.
However, many email services (like yahoo, comcast, etc) block “bulk” emailing lists like the ones we use to send reports to our subscribers. And, because junk email continues at a crazy pace, email services always updating their policies about junk mail. Even though we don't send out junk mail, our emailed reports are always at risk of being blocked by our subscribers email services. We do have you on our mailing list every week, and we do send out our reports to you every week, but your email service is always changing its mail policies and just one day decide to stop delivering our reports to you!
Because of this, we cannot guarantee email delivery of our reports.
We do, however, guarantee access to the members area where reports are available at any time.
To get to the member area, please login at: https://www.scratchsmarter.com/my-account/
Then, scroll down to the click on your state in BLUE.
You should then book mark that page and just re-visit it every Friday when reports are updated.
Reports are updated in the members area by 12 noon EST every Friday.
If, however you still want to get the emails through to your inbox, here are some suggestions:
-First, check your junk or bulk mail folders for your email account. If our prior reports are there, simply mark them ‘safe’ or move them to your inbox.
-Second, please add BESTGAMES@SCRATCHSMARTER.COM and SUPPORT@SCRATCHSMARTER.COM to your address book or “Safe list” for all future emails to arrive safely in your INBOX.
-Third, if our reports are not in your bulk or junk mail folders, please reach out to your email providers' help desk and tell them you’re not receiving a weekly email which you PAID. Tell them they are not delivering a service you paid for and they will start to work on correcting their delivery rules for you.
-Finally, you could also send an email directly to BESTGAMES@ScratchSmarter.com with the subject line “I subscribed”. You will not get a response from us, but this may be just enough to set a ‘safe’ rule with your email service to let our future mailings get through to you.
We do our best to email our reports to our subscribers every Friday by 5 pm EST.
Finally, if none of this works, we suggest opening a free GMAIL account. GMAIL has been the most consistent deliverer of our reports to our customers. (The worst we've seen with Gmail is that they put us in a junk mail folder. Once you move it, it's always in your inbox.)
Then open at ticket with us HERE and tell us you would like to change your email address; provide your old email address and your new email address and we'll switch your account.
