How do I cancel my subscription?

We hate to see any of our customers go, but we understand — sometimes, you’ve gotta do what you’ve gotta do. You may cancel at any time.

To cancel, simply turn off the auto-renew button on your subscription in the membership section. Your subscription will then expire instead of renewing at the end of the cycle.

Please note that our game analyses are the intellectual property of ScratchSmarter. Once you’ve gained access to our reports, you have accessed our intellectual property. Therefore, we do not offer refunds (full or partial) for subscriptions.

Unsubscribing from emails does not constitute a subscription cancellation.
